There doesn't seem to be a great amount of interest in 90's Toy Biz toys to ask that much, considering the condition they should each go for $20-30 each and then they'll sell quite easily. Or wait a few more years and eventually their scarcity will catch up to be able to ask for $50 each.
Some of these can sell for close to triple figures dependant on the variant. But even with the sand you should be able to pull at least $35 on the common ones.
Best to sell these separately, cause more often than not, people are looking for individual ones to complete their sets.
