Retro Protection- Order Summary

I know this might not be the right place, and I have sent a message through Retro Protection, but I want to know if what I'm confused about is correct or not. 



I was about to order a fairly expensive order on the site, consisting of many different types and sizes of protectors. 

Came to the order summary, and it only displays five types of protectors and doesn't acknowledge anything else in the cart. (i.e. the first five things in the cart, nothing else afterwards.) 

I can only really do one order, hoping this doesn't mean I have to do multiple ones. 

Am I missing out on something? First time using the site, so hopefully I'm not asking anything obvious or silly. Just thought I should ask people who likely have made substantial orders from the site as well.

  • Hello! I haven't checked my email yet but the order I see from you earlier that didn't go through has 4 items on itZ. I'm not sure what happened but I will go in and cancel that one so it doesn't show up as unpaid or something. If you ended up placing multiple orders at the same time I always combine them and would refund anything over the $11.50 max shipping charge to the US so no need to worry about paying double for shipping. I could also do a PayPal invoice if you email me everything you need and the address to send it to. I will see the email quicker than NA 99% of the time. Thanks and sorry for the hassle! I'm actually building a new website to launch next year sometime that shouldn't have any issues. Thanks! Dan
