Donkey Kong Goes Home Cassette Tape

I can't find this anywhere on ebay, or even an exsisting image of the tape online.  I found a few references to vinyl.  All I have is what you see, i haven't cleaned it or tested it yet, and no artwork is included.  Just looking for an idea of rarity and value.
