Mounting arcade marquees on the wall

Hey all,



I've got a few arcade marquees and I'm wondering the best way to mount them and have it look nice. I have both the plastic style marquees and a few heavier glass ones. 



What methods do you guys use? What's the safest way to mount the glass ones to ensure they don't fall and break?

The most certain way would to be to mount a plate-rail and just prop them against the wall with all of the weight carried by the rail.



You can get all kinds of rail styles, or mill your own with a router.

Attach it to the studs, and you're done.

If you want to assure they won't fall and they're all the same height, mount that same thing on the top and then just slide them in from the side.

One thing I've been meaning to do is put together some wood boxes with a backlight. If you're handy, it might be the best looking way to go.

Just make sure you hit studs.

i use mirror mounts to hang mine up.
