Vintage Japanese Pachinko Machine

Hello Everyone,

Recently acquired this from a friend who needed the space. It does not work. Arcade and gambling machines are not my area of expertise so any info regarding the model or value would be appreciated. Thanks!

  • If it worked since it's not some main known maker of the things from what I can kind of see in that picture, and without seeing the back and knowing it's dead I don't think it's probably worth more than probably $50 in parts. Now if you find out it's a minor fix, and you have the balls for it already, it has to be at least worth a $100 if it's not rusted out anywhere just for entertainment value alone. On the older ones like that what really helps is more colorful art, interesting ball traps, the center game, and that it's a more notable maker like Nishijin or Sankyo which in the 70s exported them out to the US in considerable numbers. They were all basically pachinko hall refurbs cleaned up and defunked top to bottom to be as like new as you could get from a used gambling hall item. I have not had one in years but I have owned a couple over time, one from the 70s and another from the later 90s before they started to use LCDs. I always keep an eye out for one but no such luck so far around here at least that isn't roached/damaged.
  • Thanks for great info. I've attached a picture of the back. Hopefully it can give you more information.

Edit: It does have the balls.
