Nintendo Power "No Warping, Level 9" Patch and Letter

I've landed for a modest price both a very nice Nintendo Power "Certified Mario Maniac - No Warp Challenge" patch, and letter that came along with it.  Both in mint shape.  Here's a link to blog post on the challenge and rewards:

Anyway, I'm curious what the pair is worth.  Thanks guys.

  • That's cool! I believe I got my SNES in early 1994, just as the offer for a free copy of Super Mario All Stars was extended. When I received my game in the mail, my brother and I immediately started playing through Super Mario Bros. 2 (since we never had a chance to play that one for NES). That didn't take long. Then we immediately challenged ourselves to do a no-warp play through of Lost Levels, which we did. I was surprised to find A, B, C, and D worlds after World 9. Anyway, it was a satisfying challenge. I didn't know about the Nintendo Power thing.
  • Nice item! I also have this but with the original mailing envelope as well. I'd put it at around $100 for the full set, maybe a little more, maybe a little less depending on who's after it.

Excellent!  Then I think I got a good deal. Thanks.

  • Been looking for this thing for three or four years now (not really actively)

I agree with $100, but if it were a bid war I can see it going for $150ish
