    It's hard to even be able to tell if it is worth it. I bought out a game store last year but it was a heck of a lot cheaper than that. over 95% cheaper...lol.

    I always look at listings like this that say "too much to list" and I can only assume they're not really needing to sell. If I was seriously looking to sell $35,000 worth of stuff, I think I'd put more than 20-30 minutes of effort into the ad. At least some estimated numbers within each platform too much to ask?

    Sounds somewhat fishy. He said he sold the business once before for $30,000...is this from the first buyer or from the original owner? From how the listing is phrased, it sounds like it's from the original owner...

    I think I can clarify this a bit since we live in the same area. In 2005 he listed his store on E-bay auction style, and it went for approximately $30,000. He might have more stuff now, but before he listed each individual item. Back then he had a lot more high dollar games then he has right now. Anyways in 2007 he started his business back up again. I sold him a some backstock from my store and since then his store has grown a lot. I'm really not too sure why he is selling this time around or if it is worth the asking price. If anyone here is really serious about buying I would at least talk to the guy, because you would really have to see everything to develop an accurate offer.

    I didnt see much of a selection there from the pictures. could be a ton of common xbox games
