He has a neg after only 31 transactions... And his stars are low. You probably did the right thing. But how come he was booted for using someone else pic. I'd never do this but is it against the rules or something?

I would think that if he does not have a camera to take a picture of his stuff,he should use a stock photo and not steal a picture from somebody else's auction. That seem's very shady to me,so i think u did the right thing mike.IMO

He was registered under three different userids and all had different names. Different states for his contact address but IP address all pointed to Dayton, OH. No working phone #' in my admin contact for him and one account he used to bid on his own items. Very strange.
I have not reported this yet, but if I don't get confirmation this has been cleared up in 24-hours I will be taking this to the next level. No one messes with my community like this. I have copies of all your auctions, transactions, accounts, IP Addresses, Paypal addresss used on the Chuckwagon making this a closed and shut case of fraud.
You know this guy took advantage of my good graces. About a month ago he asked if I would trade banners with his auction site - hyops.com. And I am now just putting 2 and 2 together. So I did the banner trade with this guy to help him out, not knowing he was even registered on my site.
It wasn't till I looked him up on Ebay that I found that he was the same guy with the other auction site. Maybe trying to scare people away from the Chuckwagon or something - not sure what motivated him to do this. Basically he was relisting rare SNES stuff thinking noone would notice they were relists. What a dipshit!
Then I discover he has two accounts he was selling under and one account he was bidding on his own items with. I will seriously turn his ass in if I don't hear back from him. Let's see how this plays out This was all after Videogamedomain first brougt it to my attention he was relisting "sold" items.
So you can all thank VGD for his keen awareness. Like I've said before, the Chuckwagon is a great community and the founders group I have established helps to police the site and catch things I don't always see. The founders group is a team of about 12 or so members and we meet on the forums and chat to discuss the promotion and safety of the site on a continuing basis. I couldn't do it without the help of all these folks
Just an fyi, this guy also owns www.hyops.com which is one of the many small auction sites out there. Brilliant, go to another auction site and screw people over.

Strange thing is he seems to have a normal looking Ebay account?
