This was my first time participating in the secret santa and it was pretty fun, I look forward to participating again next year. My sectet santa was psychobear85, unfortunately the gift that he sent got lost in USPS Hell. However, captmorgandrinker was my emergency elf, cheerz to him for taking the dual role. He hooked me up with Pokemon mystery dungeon: explorers of sky which is a game I've been wanting to play for a while now because Vextrex28 kept hyping it up. I'm very excited to give it a whirl. Also, thanks for the pokemon cards, I haven't openef a brand new pack since I was 10, there is nothing like opening a foil pack of cards, just something about it. If anyone wants the pack codes to play online, they can also have em because I can't see myself using them (just message me).
I know it's not entirely secret santa related but it kind of fits in. Sadikyo had included a couple extras in a trade with him for a christmas present for my friend, he included neat little pokemon keychains, a little figure, and and a tetris attack box because I really liked the artwork on the box (the picture on the back of the manual is going to also be my new profile pic as well after the holiday season). Thank you very much for that!

No clue who my Secret Santa was, but he defenitly exceeded my expectations. What an amazing gift, it was just way to much! I asked for unlicensed NES games, and was surprised not only by the ammound, but also by the great selection. Have been playing them for a bit and stuff like Spiritual Warfare and Crystal Mines are pretty good games, certainly a lot better than some of the unlicensed Gluk games we got here. Thanks for the awesome gift, I really appreciate it, this Christmas wasn't that great for me but this defenitly redeemed it.

Dude came through and got me the 2 games I needed and just had fun with the rest and HOLY COW did he go above and beyond. It was all Ninja Turtle and Dragon ball theme, and it was great! Dude got me over 100 Dragon Ball stickers, a note with Goku vs. Ninja Turtles, a Sonic light-up pixel thingie (looks awesome on my desk!) socks, mini figures and a pair of safety nunchucks (I actually used to practice nunchucks back in the day, this brought be back! lol)

I have the first GR games on both PS Vita and PS4 (The physical version of the US PS4 game was very difficult to find!), but I haven't played much of them. I've been told that GR1 on the PS4 had better framerate overall. I have played the demo of GR2 and loved it, so I may just run though an entire session of both games.
As for a pic, I'm not very photogenic and I could only manage a selfie but... happy to oblige, man. HAHAHAHA

This year I took part in only 2 Secret Santa events - in the other one, I received half of an *opened* bag of coffee (I do not drink coffee). Then I got my gift from this one.
NES4life did NOT disappoint. At All.
This was easily the best gift I've gotten in the last 5 years of Secret Santa events. That Empire of the Ants game was something I've been hunting for since I saw it in a Best Buy in NYC during my freshman year of college - that was in 2001. I now also own the only homebrew game I ever wanted, and the clock he made is going to replace the calendar on my wall when the month ends. The Carnage cards were a wonderful touch too, brought back great memories to when I used to collect comic cards. If you see this, thank you again for being absolutely phenomonal.
I'm collecting the PC Variants for snes right now and he got me Zelda! My list is getting shorter for the NES games I want and he crossed 3 off the list! And just look at that custom 3D printed NA logo, how awesome is that!

I had Gloves as my Santa this year and he did great! Got a Zelda sticker for the hardhat and a peach amiibo which is already cracked open and on the tape shelf. Also that has to be the most Canadian wrapping job I've ever seen with the Hortons cup. Good touch with the toque, gotta keep your melon warm in the great white north.
Firstly let me say this, this was the best Secret Santa I've ever participated in. I REALLY did think it was Captn but didn't say anything/ but the communication was fantastic even with the hang ups I encountered thanks to the SNOW!
The funny part was when I got my gift I searched in the thread I saw who my SS was. I told my wife before I opened the gift I was super excited because he had pearler stuff for trade/ sale and I'm a huge fan of pearler stuff. Sure enough I got one of the greatest gifts and Christmas has been made!! Thank you so much!!

I am beyond amazed by their generocity. Knocked a ton of games off my list, and those two NP issues were the only ones I was missing from 1996-2001, the Bomberman issue actually being from my birth month and year! My favorite part by far is the little red bag. It's a really nice drawstring bag, you open it up, and nestled inside is a piece of tissue wrapping...a lump of coal. HAHA! Brilliant.

GoldeneyeGamer was my SecretSanta. I got some veey neat 3D printed items and a batch of homemade cookies! I was unable to enjoy the cookies as they arrived as tough as rocks, but the 3D printed items will be neat shelf pieces. The one that I enjoyed the most was a 3D logo of a team I run for World of Tanks. It looked like a poker chip and he had to do some research to get the image logo. Very thoughtful! I unfortunately did not take a pic of them before we stepped out of town, but they will go nicely amongst my collection. Thanks GEG!

Got an xbox Atlus game I needed, 3 awesome imports, and a hilariously adorable coin bank. Also, the games are in fantastic shape! I am VERY happy with these additions, so he did a great job!
Not pictured above, is perhaps the best gift of all that was a really awesome surprise. He knows I'm involved with a child advocacy charity, and he made a financial contribution to our local chapter. That was completely above and beyond, and really means a lot to me.
