Heard a breakdown of mario maker 2 multiplayer on the switch. Holy crap its bad
Im not even talking about playing with a lobby of friends online. Im talking about basic functionality locally with 2 switches. To actually pick a level to play you have to share a switch and play coop and download a level then play it. Local competitive with 2 switches you dont even get to pick a level. Its random online levels that you cant pick. So many levels will be designed to not even be playable competitive. You cant even select an option to play multiplayer tagged levels.
You cant even play local competitive in your own designed multiplayer course since you cant select your level to play.
Nintendo fails again at online. They just cant ever do shit right or even half right.
They said they are looking into fixing it, but how long is that going to take. Such a damn let down. I knew I couldnt online team up with friends, but this is just over the top lame.
Let me reiterate, the only option to pick a level to play with a friend is to share a switch and download it, and then you can only play coop, not competitive. That is so effing stupid
How? This game isn't even out yet.
Embargo lifted on review code copies. Review on youtube.
Strictly limited games just opened the pre-order for Ninja Warriors. A regular copy, collector, and collector w/soundtrack.
Says Sunday June 30th when I went to the website
Yeah it's June 30th over there. They're based in Europe, and a good 5 or 6 hours ahead of you and me. The normal edition is Sold Out, but there still remain some big box CE's. 10% remaining at the time of writing this post.

If anyone wanted the regular edition and missed it, there will be a second batch available tomorrow (and if you miss that, the Asian version can be pre-ordered at Play Asia).
Speaking of play Asia. Anyone know if the games marked for region "Asia" (like all the play exclusives) have English packaging or language? I guess for anyone who bought the Psikyo collections.
The play Asia version of Ninja Warriors says English for those who are interested.
Supposedly there's going to be a physical release for Ninja Warriors in NA.
The play exclusives are English. The Psikyo collection packaging is dual language (sorta like an English/French Canadian release), and the games themselves are in English.

Play Asia lists the languages for each of their releases in the description. Some "Asia" releases only have Chinese and Japanese, and others have English. You just have to check and make sure. I haven't opened my copies of the Psikyo collections yet, but I have ordered plenty of Gundam games and Play Exclusives, and they all either have English or mixed text on the packages. Everything I've played that was advertized as "English" has had English subtitles or text.

I use this guy's list, typically keeps it semi updated (more so on twitter then that list gets updated eventually)
and I don't know when, what, where or how but Ninja Warriors name changed to Ninja Saviors, I thought it was a region thing but it seems to be across the board.

Cool thanks for sharing. So all those games play in English? I need to update our list

According to the OP (JP) they all are and thus why it was created.
For anyone looking for the Bloodstained ritual of the night metal case my Best Buy is selling the separate from the game @ $14.99.
Id take one.
I’m already home back on the couch but if I happen to mozy back there I’ll pick up a couple. It was more for people to check their own Best Buy’s if they need it
Mario maker 2 really should be a system seller. It's like an unlimited amount of Mario levels to play! It's fantastic.
Surprised they didn't do a system bundle. (?)
I agree with you here, although I think a Switch re-design is on the Horizon so that may have kept Nintendo from manufacturing more of them to put in new boxes w/ MM2

I just tried the God Eater 3 demo... it was pretty good. That from someone that is not familiar with the other games or anime or whatever it is.

Not sure if it's a mistake but Walmart has the Spyro Reignited Trilogy Pre-Order up for $25.15 right now.

That's two weeks in a row on these pricing anomalies at Walmart.com! I got God Eater 3 there last week for $39.99.
it was up for about one hour. It was supposed to be a price match for the PS4 version, but someone flipped the wrong "switch".
