Bringing it up because Glass is about to release. I'm a big fan of Unbreakable, so getting pretty excited to seeing the follow up. Although since I'm cheap especially when it comes to going to the movies, I probably won't see it for a while, haha.
The final "hero" sequence of Unbreakable was painful to watch... Bruce walks into the house, slowly and clumisly looks around without giving any thought to finding and incopacitating the bad guy. Locates children and clumsily frees them while maintaining zero situational awareness. Then finds the mom and stands there like a complete idiot as the bad guy (who he knows is in the house all along) gets the jump on him. In doing so he opens himself to being subjected to THE ONLY WEAKNESS HE HAS (he can drown) by allowing himself to be knocked into the pool....
Geez... What a frustratingly slow paced and terribly arranged sequence.
First off, spoiler alert, guess I don't need to see the movie now.
Also, he is a new "hero", he doesn't even know about his ability until explained by the bad guy. There are many super hero movies where they just come into their powers and get checked by the bad guy because they are overzealous/underplan/underestimate. So,maybe he'll come into his own this time around....or it'll be poorly written, haha.

lol, Unbreakable came out almost 20 years ago. My bad if I spoiled it for anyone
Not sure if you like the show as well, but season 2 is out on netflix today! But yeah I liked the movie too.
I tried, but I couldn't get in to it and even finish the first season. FWIW, I also didn't particularly like the War Zone movie, but I did enjoy The Punisher (1989).
Hellboy yo! New one coming in April the cop from Stranger Things (David Harbour) is playing Hellboy I really hope it doesn't suck though, Ron Pearlman done a bang up job on the previous two.
One of select few comic series I love that isn't DC
