SNES store Display SCART cable
So I purchased a SNES kiosk from a back woods antique shop it was whole.

Has the base and the middle part that the snes sits on. When I first got the kisok the screen colors where a bit off but after a year It was gray out. So the ksiok sat for 4 years.

now after a bunch of research I pin pointed the issue to be the scart cable.

Now I am not sure which one to get and I have no idea how to recap a board. I need some help in figuring out what exactly I need.

Yes this is the most common issue with these kiosks. It's best to replace the whole cable unless you know how to solder.
You need a JP21 Scart cable. NOT a euro scart cable which is by far what most people use for rgb.
This is the exact cable that is used in the kiosks:

It's possible the caps on these old new stock cables are leaking too though. But at least you can return it if they are.
Here is a cheaper version of it. This is a high quality cable. It *should* be wired correctly according to the description, but I have not actually tried it myself.

No problem. I've repaired many of these monitors and cables so let me know if there are any other issues.
EDIT: I have a question, what is the value of these guys these days. It has the arms, the light works, it has the bottom of the base along with the smaller middle part of the base to give it more hight, it has the key for opening the cover.

I have one of these, and mine is starting to have a wavy image toward the top of the screen. Colors are still pretty good. Do you think I need the same cable you recommended him?

I don't think that would cause the wavy image. The monitor itself probably needs new capacitors.
