It’s actually a ROM hack of SMB 2 called Wicked Clown Bros 2 with the guys from ICP instead of Mario and Luigi.

Yeah Jerbilly was a fan. Not sure if the reason why the label and game are completely different. I’m sure it’s a funny/crazy Jerbilly inside joke.
