Best way to buy Sachen games?

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased my first Sachen game and are now trying to expand is. However, other than ebay I can't even find a place that sells any of them. Do any of you guys have an advice how to approach this set of games best?

Thanks in advance!

  • Yeah, there are plenty here for sale right now.

Just saw a guy selling like 10+ CIBs yesterday.

  • Sachen rarely shows up, but when they do show up it's usually a flood of them. With 66/67 titles in the library it's the second largest publisher for the NES (first is Nintendo themselves) and an absolutely gargantuan task to complete.

I've Been actively after them for a year and I'm still only halfway done.

My advice to you is to back out before you fall into the rabbit hole. In the event you fall in though, just check the NintendoAge sellers forum, make your own buyers forum post, and add "Sachen" to your eBay watch lists.

Huge Insect is no longer a holy grail title unless it's a non-purple Box. Papillon Gals is not on many of the lists out there but should be included. Olympic IQ is the only Sachen game to not have received a generic box...if you find a generic copy, Let me know.
  • Anyone else remember the guy from Mexico with the whole set of them sealed in a box straight from the manufacturer?

Wonder who ever bought that lol.

edit: Oh it's linked above lol.

Dang, that was discounted to $3k? That's a great deal in both time and money hunting these down.
