Question re: Analogue NT V2 // advice?

Back in the day- I purchased 5-7 Analogue NTs (v1, v2, different colors, etc) for family and myself. I still have my 2nd Gen NT (and all of the family members have kept their units as well- anybody that has one loves it). When my unit developed a problem (RCA jacks no longer output audio), I contacted customer service. This was at some point between recieving it and the window for pre ordering Mini's opening up- so it's been a bit. I wanted a resolution to the issue before I pre-ordered the Mini.

Basically- a ton of back and forth. The end result is that I still have a unit with dead audio and with the secondary market prices of the NT mini's going up such as they have, I don't think it's in the cards for me to get one of those and there seems to be no word of a reprint/re-release.

So- the question is this. Would any of you fine people know who I can send the unit to for repairs? Analogue told me they do not do repairs. They said they did not have any parts available- and this was last year or the year prior- I doubt the situation has changed.

  • Maybe try reaching out to Kevin Horton aka Kevtris? He was the designer of the Analogue NT and I believe all the other systems Analogue has been producing. If he won't fix it for a fee, he can probably point you in the direction of someone who can that he recommends.

  • Try the Analogue Discord if you haven't yet. It's unofficial but has a bunch of activity and you might be able to find someone there.
