Dumb Mistake!

This Isn't a video game but I really messed up. I just received payment from someone that bought something from me today. I had a similar auction that ended a month ago and on that auction I didn't get paid. Well when I had seen that payment had been received for the about the same ending price and same name similar variation I thought It was the guy from a month ago. So I issued a refund. I realized my mistake didn't say anything rude to the guy in the first place. Haven't heard back hope he resends payment.

    Just explain the situation to the new buyer. Honesty is the best policy! People make mistakes... just ask NGD's parents.

    I know but Its frustrating having to give back someones money. It took me a while to actually Issue the refund. Then hoping I get the money again.

    It is true, I was an accident/mistake. They only wanted 1 kid, and I was #2. They like my brother way better.
