NES Elite complete - box,book,sleeve,foam,cartridge

Hi, been looking around for a selling price for

NES Elite complete - box,book,sleeve,foam,cartridge PAL version of course. That was all it was made in I believe.

Its in excellent condition. Its listed with a rarity listing of 8. Seen cartridge only selling on ebay but this is complete and excellent condition. Say if cartridge only sells for $40 what would you expect for the complete package?

Any ideas.... I could just list it with a ridiculous price and see if I get a bite LOL

That depends   Some regions received the "poster" as a stand-alone item...other regions had the contents added onto the manual.

Map? What map, can't say I have ever seen one. Hmmmm... Have searched on web for it and Elite homepage but cant seem to find any reference to a map as such. Please enlighten me...
