Sealed NES System Dust Cover?

So I might be buying out this guy and he sent me pictures of his NES / Genny / SNES collections.  I know the going rate on the CIBs / manuals (and even that Deja Vu Hint Book ) but what the hell is a sealed system cover worth?  I've never seen one before and quite frankly it's one of those items that I'd probably want to keep.  Just curious if any of you big accessory collectors have them (Burdger / Braveheart / Jaredk) ?  Thanks fellas...

^^ I'd be curious to know too. I have a neon pink one in what appears to be the same condition as the one in the picture.

I don't have one, but I'd love to get one. I'm sure that's one of those items that would usually go under the radar on eBay, but if the right people saw it, it would probably go for a decent chunk of change.

that was 3 1/2 years ago.  should have said so in my original post.  i too would now buy one easily for $15 + shipping.  You never know with accessories, i'd say just toss it up on ebay when you decided to list all your other neat NES stuff.

I remember sending a link to someone on he fore a sealed green one for a $6 BIN maybe a year ago. I think it was Jared but I can't remember. Judging by people's responses, it looks like they're much more in demand than you would think by that price. Cool item, I'd pay $15+ for one if I were in the market as well.

Well yes, but if you can buy someone out for a fraction of the market value of their items, you don't pass that up

Yup, that was me, it was more of a teal color though.  I also have a blck one, but I forget how much I paid.

There was a point when these saw a sudden increase in price on eBay ($50+ for loose ones; one even sold for over $100 IIRC), but that was three years ago...the price has dropped since...but there haven't been many on eBay lately, so it's really impossible to say how much one would go for in the current market.

Looks like we found out it is worth $105 in todays market Well, in this case it sold for $105, but it seems that the "market value" is closer to $50 since several people bid in the mid 40s. I'm sure you could sell another one of these at $50 or even $60 since a lot of people need them.

I was going to say $40-50 before I read the rest of the responses, as I saw one or two go for that last year (I think it was a pink one and a blue one). I still need these, so if anyone has one CIB, you can put me on the list of people to PM as well .
