Caltron 6 in 1 cart only

Hey guys, I can get this cart at good price, and new. But it would be cart only and completely NEW with a rental case. How much do you think it worth? Thanks !!

This is a picture I found by internet as I haven't got it in my hands yet.

  • Is that the exact cart?
  • What is the price? Doesn't look very new...
  • Assuming the standard black back label, probably $200 or so. If it has a royal blue back label or the NTDEC-style (with "Cassette" across the top) back label...it's quite rare and hardly ever pops up for sale, to the point of not having a real solid value for it.

Edit:  Post pics when you get it, if you would.  I'd like to see what you mean by "rental case" (if the case is what I'm thinking, it may not be worth very much).
  • The guy told me is this cart, but this is not the real pic, that's a pic from the internet.

Is suppossed to be this cart but NEW, with a rental case.

I'll post some pics when I have the cart in my hands.

  • i'm almost wondering the way the guy is describing it whether it is the brazilian version of the game which is still nice but not quite as valuable
  • Well guys, that's the real pic of the games I can get image

They're cart only in a plastic bag, but they're NEW and never used. How much could they worth more or less? Thanks !! image

  • So how are these NEW. Is this because they were put in a sealed bag since new? I don't understand.

If it can be confirmed as new, would these be worth more?
  • Robe24 if you can get a shot of the back of the carts that can make a huge difference ... if it's a standard blue PAL cart ... not as much as the NTSC one ... really need those caltrons to be NTSC caltrons and in order to tell you have to see the back

no these would not be worth more ... since they are not in the original box sealed ... then that kills the new value ... however they could still be touted as in very good condition which can sometimes bring a slgiht additional premium to be had
  • mmmmm I think the Caltron 6 in 1 was only released NTSC ? maybe I'm wrong.

When I say new, I mean the guy who bought them, bought them in those plastic bag, and the games were never used. Obviusly they're not sealed image

I'll ask for some pics of the back and post them here.

    Thank guys !!

I actually have a PAL Caltron...NTDEC-style back label (light blue, says "Cassette" across the top of the back label).  Definitely not something you see every day (in fact, it's the only one I've ever seen...bought it from justabum a good while back).
  • btw if you are getting these carts at something crazy low like $90 each or less just buy them all ... it really doesn't even matter anymore LOL ... but otherwise additional info ... prob a PAL one would be around $140-150 and an NTSC around $190-250
  • As you said guys, they're the ones with the CASSETTE label on the back. You can check them here.

So they are less rarer than the ntsc? any info about them? how much they worth? thanks !! image

  • Buy em all image
  • so how much are you able to get them for? if it is cheap, i would think snatch them all before someone else does, if they are to the point of being possibly not worth it, then if you need it in your collection buy 1... either way, keep updating the thread, i'm curious to see how you make out
  • I'll have the carts tomorrow in my hands image
  • Awesome image . And if you feel like passing on a deal to a fellow NAer...please let me know image .

well i don't know if they are less rare ... but less valuable ... again $140-$150 marketability
  • I dunno, ant...the last one I saw pop up sold for $175...that was the one I bought. Since that one, I've seen exactly none like that. Here's the link to the old thread (August '07):

  • wow, if that price is from 2007 then those carts should worth now more than 200$ ?? have you guys seen lots of this caltron 6 in 1 carts? maybe this one is rarer than the usa version ?

Anyway, I'll post some pics later of the little treasure I've found image
  • Truth is, there's no way to really tell what they'd go for nowadays. I do believe they're rarer than the NTSC black back label version, though, but I'm not sure how much.
  • Congrats Robe!
  • Holy cow 6 of them, congrats dude! Let me know if you are selling any, I would be interested in one.
  • super nice!! ide love to know what you snagged those for...
  • I thought it'd only be three...then I saw that second row and my jaw hit the floor (that hurt, btw image ). Six PAL Caltrons...I honestly do not know what to say here, except "Congratulations," "Epic win," and similar positive exclamations...and "I can use a condition upgrade for mine...how much for one?" image .
  • Thank guys, that's my best find ever image I'm still thinking what to do with them, I'm thinking about selling or trading (for some cool pal stuff) some of them. If any of you have an offer, let me know.
  • Ad six more to the count, value just decreased. What once was rare is now just uncommon.

Just kidding man. That's a nice find. 6... man.

right but that was one buyer ... not enough market data ... but based on trends with other PAL games compared to NTSC counterparts typically they will go for less unless there is something really special such as the cart is extremely rare which i do not believe to be the case here and thus my estimate image
