Need help from a Frenchie

I recently won a DS demo auction for a guy in France. He is trying to charge me 22.10 Euro to ship 1 DS cart only to me here in the US.  He is claiming paypal forces him to ship via the fastest shipping method and he won't ship it any cheaper.  I told him I didn't need tracking or insurance be he won't ship it any other way.  Is there anyone in France who I can have this shipped to and then you ship it to me via normal mail. I will be glad to pay for all fees and toss in a little for your trouble.

    Thanks Curtis, I forgot about Adol. I haven't talked to him much, so I kinda hate to ask for a favor but these shipping costs are ridiculous!

    I hope you find help Jason. I know there is a seller in Germany who has a bunch of Game Gear stuff I want but he wants over 15 Euro each for shipping. It's killing me to see them up for sale knowing I need them but it's the principal of the thing.

    What a seller...I pay 4 euro to ship one NES game to Belgium from France, and get 'm in two days...even registered I can't believe it would cost 16.90 euro for a DS game within Europe.
