Need a little help figuring this out, anybody know what this image is from? Looks like some random beat em up, having trouble figuring it out. Not sure if its arcade/sega/maybe a magazine ad? Would really appreciate the help or even somewhat educated guesses. thanks!

    Could it be from one of the Double Dragon's? I swear I've seen this exact picture before.

    I have seen it before as well. I am thinking maybe Double Dragon Arcade art?

    the arcade art was usually black and white, unless it was a promo flyer or ad for an arcade game... so it could be arcade related, but if it is it would be an ad piece.

    it kinda looks like double dragon but the artwork doesnt seem like it fits the series

    I don't know, it looks like a poster, are you sure it's even from a video game?

    It looks like orignal concept art, but it could be for any system including PC games. Any idea what company it is from Bronty?

    It's definitely not concept art, its a finished piece (there is a companion pencil sketch - attached). the pencil is the concept. no idea what company its from image I had one person connected with the art think it was for a gi joe game, but I don't see how that could be right??

    come to think of it, that pencil sketch may help because it shows the logo placement. oh, and its from the late 80s/ early 90s

    I immediately thought it was a Final Fight game, or Streets of Rage. That damn guy with the nun chucks looks so familiar.

    for anyone playing along and hopefully helping I think the things to focus on are probably the clothing and hair color. Those probably wouldn't change. The exact look might change but the color scheme shouldn't from artist to artist. The weapons might be a clue too.



    The final fight guys for example - one should be in blue jeans and a white tshirt, one should be in a red gi. So it seems as though we could rule out final fight, but who knows for sure....

    I dont think it is double dragon cover art, this link has 'em for each release (i think).

    well, I bought it. It would be a lot more fun if I knew what the hell I bought.
