I wish I had cash is all I can say...the satellaview is a japanese hook-up for the snes well actually the Super Famicom (SFC) thats where you get all the "BS roms" this system would hook you up to a mainframe like the internet sort of, that would allow you to download certain games to play at home for instance BS Zelda, BS Crono Trigger, Radical Dreamer, I wish my japanese was good because I have no idea what those games are don't think it would put your kids through college either but could my maybe a couple of books..? not really sure on the price. now if those carts contained games that were downloaded that were previously unknown to exist or were undumped then thats where you might get a chuck of the college fund paid off.
the little cart on the top left acts like a memory cart of sorts and save's the stuff you download inside.
I'd recommend holding onto for now and doing some research on the games maybe get a superfamicom and testing it out on it. I don't recommend hooking it up to your super nintendo because I dont think that the power is the same here as it is there so you might very well blow the thing up and destroying a peice of history ...
Thanks i2a2n2 and smokinjoe24 for the info that definitly helps good to know , as there items i don't really collect might put them up for trade for something i do want
I saw the satellaview go for around $150 a few years back but I don't know what's it's worth now. Plus that was from japan so the shipping was horrible
