Anything at all, or just within the friendly confines of video games? Outside of NES games and related items, but still within video games, I collect primarily imported RPGs and shmups. Outside of video games altogether, I collect coins and banknotes, and also miscellaneous paintings (namely, those I find under $10).
Well, I just started collecting games as of about 2 years ago and it is coming very nicely, considering I rely on my parents and gifts from others.I have been colecting all game related merchandise and video game systems, games, etc.
I'll be getting a job pretty soon and hopefully be snagging up some of those rediculously priced NES and Snes competition cartidges.
I was also hoping if anyone knew any good sites beside the typical sites like eBay to get good deals on oldschool games and such?
Other than NES I specifically collect anything Virtual Boy, Not for Resale Carts, Gamecube Kiosk discs, and some promos and store displays. However I will buy games for any system if I get them cheap enough.
My wife collects all the Game Boy variations and different color N64s, and some merchandise stuff. I mainly go after NES, but also have SNES/N64/GameCube gear.
holy shit! this forum is getting a lot busier than it used to be. In the time it took me to find that pic and reply to dain, there are four other replies!
I collect all pre-cd video game systems, accessories and games. with NES being the largest of my collection. I have all my games i currently own at www.flyingducky.nintendohaven.com with the exception of Atari games. I started to make my list of games for that but stopped cause i got lazy I also haven't wrote what accessories i have yet either.

A little off topic, but do you have pics of your collection up anywhere? I'd love to see what you've got.

I don't have anything up right now because I am remodeling my room because I have so much junk everywhere. Hopefully I will have some up by the end of the year at the latest.
I collect mostly for the NES, but I pick up things for all Nintendo systems in general. I'm only lacking a Virtual Boy, a DS, and a Gamecube. I'm sure I'll pick those up sooner or later. I also collect for Intellivision.
I collect for a wide variety of different consoles. NES is by far my most impressive, and the one that I enjoy collecting for the most, but I do have vast collections for: SNES, N64, Virtual Boy, Intellivision, 32X, Master System and Dreamcast. And by vast I mean complete or near complete.
Mainly NES, but I've been getting SNES lately too. A lot of good titles that I never had like Final Fantasy 3, which I was actually playing. I also got a Sega Genesis this year and a few games.
It's been an interesting year of going back to the past and getting all the stuff I wanted but never had and also plenty of stuff I didn't necessarily want, heh.
Other main system I collect is Sega CD , got couple of the rarest released titles out of the way ($70 mint keio, got a pretty decent price there , working on filling in holes so it can get completed sometime in near future.
I also collect complete rpg's from various systems, though I don't have too much prized here yet. Minty Secret of Mana and FF3, along with most of the PSX rpgs atm.

Nah, it's just an inside joke I use in another forum.
god knows I'm not the political correctness police, but I consider that to be in bad taste.
