SNES Test carts have been going for a little under $100 lately which is lower than they had been last year (The common two, the Burn-in cart and the ntf2.5 version you have would usually go for $110-125). The little revision kit you have is pretty cool; the more common revision seems to be the final one (Rev D), but none of them are too hard to find.
I've seen them listed at $100+ but they always get relisted for cheaper. Last one of these NTF 2.5 cartridges sold for $81 + shipping on May 31st, luckily I keep MyeBay full of interesting links right up until the day they die
