Sunday Funday with security bits

I picked up a Sunday Funday from the pawn shop yesterday and it has security screws (pretty sure, will have to double check after work). The scan in the NA database looks like it's showing standard screws.

Is this common (or even original)? I don't have any other Color Dreams/Wisdom Tree games to compare. For whatever reason it's funny to me to think of a company making unlicensed Christian themed games locking their carts down with security screws.

  • I have black security screws as well (not like on NADB), probably it is normal.
  • Yea, I have the black security screws too. I think since the game was one of the last released on the system, the company decided to add security screws for whatever reason. I'm sure on the NADB, the pic used was probably from someone who already opened the cart and decided to replace the bits with normal screws for easier opening later on. None of my other Color Dreams/Wisdom/Bunch games have them. BTW, glad to see a gamer from South Dakota [I have relatives that live there, very nice state =)]
  • this is normal ... the last run of black carts by this company all have the 2 bit security bit back instead of the 5 regular screw back
  • FYI, they'll come open with the 4.5mm bit - the same bit used to open many Nintendo consoles... image
