What's everyone doing for the long weekend?

I'm heading out to do some camping in the middle of nowhere for a few days. I took next week off of work too, so I might extend that camping trip if the weather is good.



Do they have eBay and NintendoAge in the woods these days?

    I was planning on leaving this weekend as well to go to a few flea markets near Asheville. I think NGD should come out and meet me halfway!

    I was going to do some yard wor, but I started getting sick yesterday, and now I am in full on "sick mode". I'll probably be out of action for the whole weekend.

    Im in the exact same boat. id love to go camping too! what are you in school for? im a Criminal Justice major (almost) myself. only about 3 months to go

    Just got back from Slayer / Marilyn Manson! The show just happened to fall on my fifth wedding anniversary! What a way to celebrate!

    I've seen Manson 4 times, last time was 5 years ago.  By far, the best shows I've ever seeen.  My kinda music is really like classic rock, but there's just something about Marilyn Manson that's so great!.  He put's on an awesome show.

    I just got my driver's license this previous Tuesday...and I'm off only on Labor Day. So, as to what I'll be doing...either sorting NES stuff (part 2, lol) or I might try driving to Chattanooga to hit up a few places and see what turns up. The former, unfortunately, is actually more likely.

    Yeah I agree, I like a ton of different music but MManson is by far my favorite stage performer. This was my 8th Manson show!

    Sure, it's a ripoff of someone else's Nintendo cake, except not nearly as elaborate, but I was happy that we got to incorporate Nintendo into the wedding at all. I'll a picture of me and the bride up in the "Introduce Yourself" section, for anyone who cares.

    I was up in Bellingham close to Canada, was close enough to almost smell Bronty's Sealed SE and CC. :-)



    Did some game hunting in about 10 stores up there. Didn't see a single NES item. But I did find 6 Sega Genesis units for $4.99 each, a N64 unit, Nintendo Wii, 3 PS2's, a ps1, about 500 Boxed or CIB Genesis games, about 400 SNES carts, and countless other games for other systems, etc. Couldn't believe I didn't even see 1 NES cart. Getting tougher all the time....

    No, I just saw it all, if it ain't NES I could care less. The Sega Games were 50% off of $1.99 so they were only a buck each but I didn't want them. 5 of the Genesis consoles were at once place for $4.99 each and were even 40% off that price for Labor Day sale. The Super Nes carts were kinda expensixe 2 for $5. ETC ETC ETC... but like I said not NES no interest for me.
