An "85 or better" goal is much more realistic in my opinion. But 90 is a nice goal, albeit a lofty one! Agree with Adam, 90 seems about tops for NES, with maybe only a few higher-graded exceptions so far.
I've always wondered, how do they grade games with price stickers on them? I noticed in another thread that someone posted their grading report card, and VGA listed a seam split as a "factory defect", and didn't drop the grade because of it. Since price stickers are obviously something that can't be removed without damage, how do they handle that? I haven't seen any graded games with price stickers, so I'm assuming they don't grade well.
VGA will typically remove the price sticker if you ask them to and somehow they do it flawlessly. It is very difficult to get a grade of 90 with a price sticker though...I haven't seen many (any?) with those.

I have a couple of Contra games myself, one with sticker residue and one which I would say is mint.
I would like to get them graded but shipping overseas and the risk of custom opening the seal, scares me.
