okay, i got through 2 of the 8 boxes... these were easy, cuz they were already unfolded... 650+ snes boxes... 450+ different ones. i dont know rare boxes, but im sure i got a bunch in here. there were 11 "for display only" boxes. none of the HUGE rare ones in here, but tons of great ones. there isnt more than 2 or 3 of the same box, and there arent a ton of sports ones... here is a pic to hold you guys over until i can unload the other 6 boxes tomorrow... that will take a shitload of time and effort! (i will update the first post in a minute with a couple pics)

as for where i got them, remember the 2 bomberman 2 boxes that were sold for like $10 BIN on ebay. i think jone got one. also, that seller sold 2 contra force boxes too for $10 each. wellllllllll, i talked to him through email for a little while and we worked out a deal. price was NOT cheap, but it still was a good deal! both parties were happy.
even funnier is that i stole them out of sosafan's back yard! he had asked the store owner tons of times to sell the boxes, but the owner always refused. nowwwwwwwwwww, they are miiiiiiiiiiine! i will probably put them in the NES graveyard (better known as my room!)

He told me he would send me a list ASAP, but that list never came. I figured it was just going to take him several days to come up with that list, but I guess it's partly my fault for not following up. I'll be honest, I was just going to turn around and sell 90% of them so if you are keeping them for your actual collection then it's better you won them anyway.
I also just missed buying out a separate guy's SNES CIB MINT collection to Baser_Computers this week. That pisses me off 1000x more since smokinjoe has told all of the horror stories regarding him. Nonetheless, glad these boxes found a good home, the Bomberman II and Contra Force that I picked up were solid 8 to 8.5s out of 10 so I'm sure the SNES stuff is good too.
when i saw him list 2 of each bomberman 2 and contra force, i figured he had a bunch more, so i just sent an email. he sent me pics ASAP and the lists came a few days later.
jone, the condition on the snes stuff is nice. ive looked through a few nes things and the condition ranges from mint to shit. but the majority of everything is nice.

actually... i think i already have 2 extra godzilla 2 manuals... but im pretty sure i dont have any carts to make these bad boys cib! i popped open another box, saw 2 boxes that were completely shredded (baseball and baseball stars) and 1 box that still had its original seal on it (panic restaurant)... i will take that tradeoff allllllllll day long! however, its getting late, my cats are pouncing in and out of the empty boxes, and are trying to climb on the nes boxes, so i better repack these and call it a night. i will be sure to post more pics tomorrow as i go through more! ahhhhhhh this is so much fun!

all the bbs ive seen are SHIT. thats fine though. other than dk1, they didnt really have any other good ones. i didnt drop the cash because of the bb games... i did it because there are like 600 different nes titles in the lot! first box had 100 boxes, 10 of which were shit (including the bb ones). overall, that is a much better percentage than i was expecting. i peeked in the other boxes and some of the other rare boxes are perfect too! however, i did see a mega man 6 that looks like it was under serge (jabba) in that pic with him sitting in the outside tub! sadly, that is not an exaggeration either! that box is crrrrrrrrrushed!
The funny thing about that is a friend of mine was looking for a Godzilla 2 box forever and just bought one earlier this week from Zach.
This was one of Jason's last boxes, too. This one's such a pain, and deceptive because many other "rare" sequels are actually pretty easy to find, just expensive (duck tales 2, chip and dale 2).

Yeah you guys are bastards I keep moving my sell-off farther and farther out because there's been a lot of listing on here and on eBay recently with CIB lots (Aaronshea, Frisbeee, Ninfan, eBay). I know my Godzilla 2 CIB copy is at least a 9.5 / 10, if my memory serves me right it may be even better but I hesitate using the 10/10 number unless I get Frisbee's approval
