PAL Exclusives

I was wondering which PAL exclusives could be found in italy.  I'm not sure how the database works.  When i do a search it shows some with a European flag, and then some with a France flag, some with an Italian flag ect.  I have a friend who goes to Italy every year and i would like to send a list of games for him to look for.  Would it be possible for him to find everything in the database that shows up with the European flag beside it?

Any help would be great!
