Tiles of Fate

I have a small and possibly regrettable history with this game. I did a trade with a guy years and years ago with bunch of sealed nes games for tons of titles(used might I add) that I wanted. I got a lot of  CIB games in that trade like Megaman 6, Gremlins 2, Lolo 3...plus some nifty rare stuff like Death Race, Bignose, Spiritual Warfare..well, I assume they're rare image

Anyways, what I'm getting at is for some reason the guy also included a plain box of Tiles of Fate. It was in mint condition, but I was completely confused why I got an empty box. I thought he made a mistake or something..I was like 12 at this time btw. This was long before I knew that people actually buy lone boxes to complete collections. Long story short, I kept if for years while trying to decipher what the post-it stuck to it read, which I never figured out, so I gave up and threw the box away.

Was that a bad idea? Would it have been a money maker if I had kept it to sell? I wonder now and then if I threw away something that would probably enrage some collectors if they knew it's.....fate image

  • Well, not so much of a loss on the tiles of fate, it goes for around $10-15 complete. But the trading in sealed games is another story image
  • Hehe. Well, let me try my best to recollect what I traded him for the heck of it. All of these were brand new sealed, all of them! image

    Wheel of Fortune

hm....well, there were certainly more. It's been nearly 10 years now though, so you'll have to forgive my memory.

If anyone knows an NES collector named Guy Rinaldi who works with chemicals or something...well, that was the guy image
  • Well considering the titles you listed vs. what you got CIB, I'd say you actually did pretty darn well. image
