I have been working on the project for the last 6 months and its almost done (finally):



i am going to have the first 100 of these available at the end of august.  let me know what you think!

    Awesome! I actually loved the original game and always wanted to play the sequel. The box looks amazing, and I love the comic idea. 10/10 without a doubt.



    Where did the actual prototype come from?

    this isnt a proto, the game was actually released for the famicom and was slated to be released in the US but never made it. i had someone change the title screen to look like the one in a magazine. i dont think a proto was ever found.

    At a glance, I noticed the "vs." in your title screen is white, where it was red in this preview image.

    Couldn't have picked a better tune... it always reminds me of Gob on Arrested Development.

    ok, got all the carts made and planning on releasing august 27th. parpunk is painting up some cool collectors edition carts, so just waiting for them.

    the custom carts are going to be half white, half black with a clear coat to avoid scratching, so it would be tricky to paint.  if you want to give it a shot, then go for it.

    Yes, I'll definitely be picking one up, too. This looks really sweet! The original was one of the first games I bought and played for the NES.

    i was planning on people reserving the #'s on the day of release, but if you wont be around that day pm me and maybe we can set something up if you want a certain #.
