What would you pay for the GRAY Nintendo World Championship?

I have a lead on one and some of the initial program papers from a local seller.  Is in good condition.  I can trace the ownership.  What is it worth?

  • I believe the last few sold were in the 5-6k range. I'm pretty sure those had a bunch of extras with them as well.
  • how about just for the cartridge? Would you pay $1,000?
  • I think the last two (dain, robin) were 6k or a tad more

    I'd pay $1,000 in a heartbeat.
  • I'm broke as hell and if I found one that I could trace for $1000 I'd find a way to do it.
  • In that case, i am going to do it. I will post once i have it including photos. i will try to trace as much history as possible and add that. Sort of like one of the past issues. In the meantime, i need to try and pick up some more games. i have about 50. Mainly some of the more rare games likes snow brothers, bubble bobble 2, etc. i need common games in a bundle. maybe 50 for $100. Any suggestions?

  • HA... $1,000 in good shape? Tell you what go buy it and as long as it's real and in good shape I'll give you $2,000 for it. Double your money and you can get all the games you want on "house money".
  • Lmao, ^I'll make it $3k image Triple your money!
  • How much is he offering it to you for? I don't think I could ever spend $1,000 for a single video game but I know the NWC grey is worth more than that.
  • hell, I'll give you 5,000 if it's in good shape!
  • BUY BUY BUY.....................ATARI !!
  • How much is it worth and how much would you pay are two different questions.

Like stated above, they tend to go in the $5000-$6000 range for good condition lately. So take that into consideration.
  • I paid $5,000 for my Gray NWC a few months ago. The last one to sell on ebay sold for $5,100.
  • $5.00 + $0.32 tip for your trouble.
  • So what's the word Rorvig? Any big news?
  • I smell a wind-up.

Yeah, I sent this guy a PM literally seconds after he posted and offered a resonable price for it if it was in decent condition and had a traceable history. Haven't heard from him since.
