NES Play Action Football Promo Box?

What do you guys think of this sticker on this box? Is it legit or do you think it was applied at a later date at a video store or something. I was going through by doubles today and just noticed the sticker. What do you all think?

I personally think these stickers were from giveaways (like in Nintendo Power), but I can't back that up with anything.

Well this sticker is the same as in all the other pics, I guess that answers the question of it being legit or not. I was hoping it was applied at a video store since the box itself is pretty trashed.

hehe yea i saw it on my advantage controller and got all excited lol, pretty cool though and IMO does seem pretty scarce
