The clue was "Dvorak" written ahead of the cryptogram. You need to find a diagram of a Dvorak keyboard layout and translate the message from Dvorak into QWERTY.
I just used an online DVORAK to QWERTY translator
Hah! Yeah, I did a quick search for one, but only found QWERTY to DVORAK, so ended up translating it by hand
EDIT to add: I didn't click through to the translators during the contest, but despite the google descriptions saying "qwerty to dvorak" the first link does do "dvorak to qwerty".
Evidently, the "-" vs "_" issue is moot. Turns out I was looking at a Dvorak typewriter instead of a modern Dvorak keyboard. (it had " [ " and " ] " stacked on the same key instead of next to each other )
I did it by hand too. I recognized the name Dvorak and knew right away what to do, but anyone just googling that word alone would find out what it meant pretty easily.
Would people want me to post the answers to the scavenger hunt on the site somewhere so anyone who is giving up can find the answers at least? Let me know and I can create something like that for people.
Lincoln was first. Then a guy named James, then Phil (sorry don't know their user names), then Dain was right after that. There was about 20 minutes separating these entries.
I would have finished sooner, maybe even challenged Lincoln. But I got stuck on the last clue for some reason, got fed up, went to do the dishes, came back and got it like right away. Makes me wonder how I didn't understand it right away.

Arg!! I knew I was missing something that was right in front of my face!!!
Wow, as far as that cryptogram goes, I just ignored the "Dvorak" part and knew the part after had to be a website. So, I started with "http://", then I guessed the next part was "giveaway.jjgames.com", then I just slowly filled in the missing letters with what I already knew. At the end I couldn't figure out a couple of the letters, but soon realized it said "ill-cover-you".
I'm a retard, that's exactly where it was. Thanks dude!
