Ok. Playin Hoppin Mad and it's driving me MAD!

This is a pretty fun game, but it's pretty hard.  Any tricks for doing better at this game?  I guess its a combination at controlling your speed and your high bounce but it's easier said than done image

  • Ya I tried this on an emulator and I was totally outta control. I though maybe the emulator double timed everything by accident haha.
  • Take 3 full hours to learn. Just keep playing and youll finally get it. Thats how it worked for me...I won a contest! (Nobody else entered because they feared me, not because they were too lazy or forgot! image)
  • Ya, my wife and I have been laughing histerically watching each other play this on the big screen. Great game, I am glad to have got one.
  • Yeah, I posted a youtube video of me breaking past level 20, my boy Deniz is an absolute HM machine though.

Get the hearts! That's my biggest tip and a key to progressing through the game. Remember that once you have an invincible ball, collecting another heart will not extend the ball's invincibility. You have to wait until the invincibility has run it's course. Also, once you have a heart, take advantage of it ESPECIALLY when it's on your last ball. You can be reckless now, pick up the pace and see if you can grab some extra balloons.

Stay with it, once I got the hang of it I've had a hard time putting it down.
  • Thanks for the tips and for the game.  What is the deal with the black vs. gray carts?  The black looks sweet!

  • There were only 100 total carts produced. numbers 11-100 were regular gray carts with 'black box" style label and manual art and came in silver tins. Numbers 1-10 were the collector's edition, fresh with kick ass custom label and manual art by Qixmaster, a special red collector's tin, and a beautiful black vinyl dye paint job. That stuff is damn near impossible to scratch and super easy to apply, I really liked the result.
