Do many people care that the cart/manual and box are mismatched? I'd think that people who bother to collect CIB would at least want all or nothing on the players choice status.

Not sure. Doesn't matter to me as I don't play much SNES other than Pilotwings or ZAMN.
there is no such thing as players choice manual, and maybe someone has a cart only mario kart players choice.
While not having the banner, the SNS-MK-USA-4 is the players choice specific manual. But maybe only I care about this stuff. I always make sure all my parts match.
