I'm finally at the last damn battle with Gruntilda in BK but I haven't had any time to play lately.  Hopefully can finish it up over the holiday weekend, definitely one of the best platformers I've ever played.  Can't wait to try out the sequel.

Honestly. Do not get your hopes up for banjo tooie. I have always loves bk from when the 64 came out and I could never get into tooie, it has such a slow start. I never got past the first hour or 2 of gameplay because it was so slow haha. but yeah. goldenye and BK are neck and neck for me.

  • NES - Kid Icarus

    SNES - Final Fantasy III

    N64 - Banjo Kazooie
  • NES- if I had to pick just one, probably The Legend of Kage.

SNES- Donkey Kong Country 2 or 3...

n64- ummm ummmm... Mario Kart or Goldeneye? I never cared for the n64, the controller didn't appeal to me...
  • NES - Legend of Zelda

SNES - never really played this

N64 - toss up between Goldeneye or LoZ: OoT
  • Nes: Legend of Zelda (I beat this once a year for the hell of it).

SNES: FF3 (probably my favorite game)

N64: Donkey Kong ( I didnt play this system much)
  • NES: Kid Icarus

SNES: The Mega Man X series

    N64 - Zelda OOT / Mario 64

    GC - Tales of Symphonia
  • to extend my answer I would say...

Top Gear is probably one of the most underrated racing games on the SNES.  I freakin' loved that game from the first time I played it.

    My answers for the classics:

    Atari 2600:  Yars' Revenge

    Atari 7800:  Desert Falcon

    NES: Contra

SNES:  Top Gear or Final Fight

    N64:  Super Smash Bros.

    Genesis:  Mutant League Football

    TG16:  Galaga '90

  • NES: Metroid/ Mega Man games/Castlevania 1-3

    SNES: Super Metroid

    N64: Conker's Bad Fur Day/Perfect Dark/Goldeneye/SM64

Genesis: Sonic 1,2,3 and Knuckles/Earthworm Jim

PS1: Twisted Metal/ Metal Gear Solid

    PS2: Red Faction

PC: Duke Nukem, Blood, Doom, System Shock 2

  • NES-Kirby's Adventure

    SNES-Final Fantasy IV

N64-Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
  • Atari 2600 - Berserk, Joust, Yar's Revenge (definite top 3)

NES - Castlevania, Metroid, Zelda II (current top 3, but favs stretch well into the hundreds, no kidding, friggin' love this console)

SNES - Super Castlevania IV, Super Metroid, Donkey Kong Country (overall, best picks for a top 3, but far from being just those few)

N64 - Banjo*Kazooie, Diddy Kong Racing (not sure which game I'd place as 3rd, only got a hanful of favorites, but these two are easily top 2)

Genesis - Shinobi 3, Castlevania Bloodlines, Contra Hardcorps (I'm really not sure what my top 3 would be for this console, but here's 3 kick ass games that I enjoyed-hardcore action, two awesome offerings from Konami)

Turbografx-16 - Legendary Axe, Keith Courage (only played 4 games, these two are definitely my choice for best 2)

Playstation - Silent Hill, Resident Evil: Director's Cut, Tomb Raider III (current choice to pick for top 3, but like with the NES, and SNES, there's a lot more than these few)

PS2 - Area 51, Crash Tag Team Racing (Area 51 was my first PS2 game, Crash Tag Team Racing while a very easy game I found to be very fun, not sure 'bout where some of the other games that I kinda like stand, my problem with a lot of games on this console is that I get really dizzy and unsteady sometimes, something having to do with the framerate being too smooth and color choices, ugh)

Gameboy - Wario Land, Donkey Kong, Metroid II (the first two I actually owned long ago with the Super Gameboy adaptor, my brother had the orginal Gameboy with a half dozen games, Metroid II being my favorite of his small collection back then)

Virtual Boy - Red Alarm (didn't even own this game, beat it several times on the display thing at Toys'r'us, damn game was never in stock though, by the time it was I didn't care anymore)

Gameboy Advance - Castlevania: Circle of the Moon, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, Shaman King: Master of Spirits (only played games on emulator, this console from what I've played has some really good offerings)
  • For the NES:

    1. Megaman II. I played it so much I can pretty much beat every level without getting hurt. Great game play and the music is kick ass.

    2. Uforia. Not your typical platformer. I big world with funny characters and a specia kind of atmosphere. Those who played it knows what I am talking about.

    3. Rodland. Love this game, but too easy and short.

  • My nintendo list...

    NES: Bionic Commando

    SNES: Super Mario World

    N64: MarioKart 64

    GC: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles

    Wii: Mario Kart Wii

    GB: Tetris

    GBC: Pokemon Crystal

GBA: Legend of Zelda: Four Swords

    DS: Chrono Trigger DS
  • lets see here
... Windwaker is a really close second on Gamecube.

    NES: Adventure Island

SNES: UN Squadron, or Contra III Alien Wars

N64: Blast Corps, or Pilot Wings
