NWC Cart Maximum Time

I have a question for all those who own an original NWC cart, Gold or Grey.   When you place all the dip switches up, what maximum time does your game run?

My cartridge never got the maximum time as the other champions?   It arrived in pristine condition to me and was never ill treated.   I have examined it closely and it has no loose parts or dings. 

I wonder if mine was an earlier version.

    Max time (all switches one direction) will be around 9.5 minutes. All switches the other way should be 5 minutes. What is the max your cart gets?

    All switches up, between 7 and eight minutes.

    You will have to measure more accurately, but if its ~7:12 then one of the dip switches (1 or 4) isnt closing.

    I finally found my cart. I ran the timer mode and here are the results.



    All Switches down: 5,00,400



    SW 1 Up 5,19,20

    SW 2 Up 5,38,00

    SW 3 Up 6,15,50

    SW 4 Up 6,15,50



    All Switches Up 7,11,90

    You can see that changing switch 4 did not change the time, so it is broken. Possibly just the solder connection but more likely the physical switch. Those exact switches can still occasionally be found.

    Yup. Under normal circumstances, I believe the times should be 5 minutes + 18.75 seconds for switch 1 up, + 37.5 seconds for switch 2 up, + 1:15 for switch 3 up, and + 2:30 for switch 4 up. Bunnyboy is 100% correct image .

    I can get regulation time with Switch 4 or Switch 3 100 percent of the time.  Switch 4 Up gives me 1,15, on down adds no time to the cart so the switch itself is working.   I agree though a solder connection is likely.
