Sealed big box Stack-up How much is it worth?

Any guess as to the value?  It is in very nice shape with no damage to the plastic or box.  Very little wear.  I have been offered it for $325 is that a good deal?

That is prob about right. You might be able to get a little more on ebay for it, but if you can do it off ebay without fees I would jump all over it.
