Sigh - Different but nonetheless more bad news!

Again eBay has struck me down with bad news. First he badly described/shipped sealed MM6 game and now this:

I bought a Breath of fire II manual and map from will_wrestle_4_food from eBay and paid for it on Sept. 16th.
I check my email today and I get a reply that

MC139 NOTICE: eBay Communication Partner Warning

"Our records show that you recently
received an email from will_wrestle_4_food through the Ask Seller a
Question or Contact eBay Member features. This email may be fraudulent
and an attempt to do one of the following:"

etc etc.

Well great, I go check my ebay, and sure enough the guy is no longer registered. Ebay said I should contact whatever company is responsible for shipping. Well.... I paid for it, he hasn't posted any recent shipping info or contact... So am i screwed ?? (again)

IF this has happened to anyone else, some advice would greatly be appreciated.

I know it only cost over 20bucks shipped, but still, its annoying.

Really you shouldn't worry at all about your money. All you need to do is filing an item non recveived dispute with Paypal. Since it's an eBay purchase you're 100% covered.

Yea, I did that through paypal. But the user name of the guy now says unverified, does that mean anything in particular?



More so I am just fed-up with ebay/paypal overall today lol.

You'll get your $$ eventually - it just takes awhile with a Paypal dispute - I got ripped off for $199 and they eventually credited my account back - which was nice - especially since they make so much off me

Unverified means you probably don't want to send anything TO him, but unless he can prove he shipped the item you paid for to YOU, you'll get your money.
