Odd Snake Rattle 'N' Roll cartridge

I bought this cartridge off of a European web site around a year ago, mainly because of its odd label. Here's a picture of the outside:

Obviously, it's not a prototype, I'm thinking it's a store demo, as it's the complete game and uses a normal board. Any ideas?

    If you bought it with the manual, chances are that the games was missing its label and someone just made one for it. But could be a demo or something. Does the cart have a back label ?

    Yes, it has an English/Italian back like my other PAL NES games.
