HUGE Banjo Kazooie Store Display Tower, Never Assembled

So I got this thing in today thinking it would fit great in my new game room, but boy was I wrong.  It is a MONSTER, just look at the pics to see for yourself:

I mean look at how big it is!  It makes my game look so tiny.... oh wait there's more:

But this is just one section, triple it up, add the top & bottom and N64 sides and here's what it looks like (about 8' by 6')

And it even comes with instructions!  It's CI just missing the B image

Just wondering what this thing could be worth, though I'm sure no one has any real idea either.  Has anyone else ever seen one?  I'm thinking about putting it together using just one of the three sections and maybe selling the other two.  No idea yet, I'll know when I move into my new house in about 2 weeks...

  • Wow, that is definitely one of the coolest towers/standees I've ever seen. I may want to buy the other sections if you get them F/S. I would GUESS that it's worth anywhere from 100-250, but that's a total guess, and everyone would pay a different amount for something like this. Just curious, what did you get it for, and was it ebay?
  • Anyone? I know there has to be at least a general ballpark guess of value... say at least $100? I also know there's some Banjo Kazooie love somewhere on these boards (pretty sure it is WookieHokie's favorite game as well).
  • Stuff like this is VERY hard to price. Sometimes it will sell for like 35-40 bucks, and then sometimes it will go for a few hundred. I would just toss in on the bay and see what happens.

  • Neat. I'd say $150 max though. That's about the neighborhood you could get an official sturdy plastic Nintendo sign, as far as anyone looking to spend $ on gameroom bling.

Oh it's not for sale, I bought it to go in the game room.  I was just speculating that I don't have room for 8' of Banjo Kazooie and could probably sell two of the three components to make a tiny spinning BK mobile.

It actually sold for much less than $40 image  Let's just say that I paid more for shipping that I did for the actual item and shipping was $12.  image

I don't know what it would price at either, but I know I wouldn't let it leave my hands for less than 3 digits.  It's worth at least that much to me as a BK enthusiast, it's definitely one of my top 5 N64 games.
  • wow. that is nothing short of awesome. you only spend like $20 on this? Did you pick this up on ebay? this is one of the coolest sign/display thingies. dude...hook it up haha.well yeah man. def an awesome pick up. One of my top 3 favorite games!
  • Well then there's your price. It's worth at least 3 figures to jone image
  • I'd say 50-75. Maybe 100+ if you can find a huge Banjo collector who really wants it. Very few of the big cardboard standees go for much more than that. The size is why these generally don't go for more. I wouldn't sell any of it if I were you though. Its worth the most as a complete standee. If you split it up that will probably kill most of the value to any standee/display collector.

Correction, it is indeed CIB as I just found out in my move.  I just assumed that the white box it was shipped in was generic, but sure enough it is the factory N64 box.  Needless to say the box obviously has wear since the shipping label was just affixed to the other side, but CIB is CIB image  Any ideas on it's value now that is is "fully complete" with all original packaging and has never been used?
