Price check factory sealed metal gear snakes and nightmare on elm

Zach18451 and I picked these up today at a game store...they are factory sealed and near perfect shape.
H sealed....the  Prices vary alot depending on where we look, can some one give me estimates of these...

    I sold a bunch of Metal Gear 1 for $200-$250 last year, I think Snake's Revenge can net you in that neighborhood as well.

    Nightmare on elm street i would say $200+ as for the snakes revenge i think $200 is a little on the high side considering Dov has flooded the market.I figure around $150 tops for that title IMO.

    You know, I've found most sealed collectors don't give a crap about Dov's auctions in terms of how it affects the value of their games. If anything, since the vast majority of Dov's stock is less than pristine, it would seem the folks that really do have the nice sealed games value them all the more. I haven't been able to talk anyone into selling a game anywhere near Dov's prices, lol.

    ^ That's because they don't wanna sell for his prices since they paid twice as much before he started selling. Condition has an effect like you say, but you can just buy one from Dov for that price.
