I have an EBAY question

alright. well i am pretty new at the whole ebay thing, but here is the story. I won a cib on an auction alittle over 3 weeks ago from someone with about 300 feedbacks and like 2 or 3 negitive ones.. Well I have sent him emails about when he will be shipping it and he just wont reply. i emailed him when there was a day left in the auction asking if he would ship it nicely in a box and stuff, and he replied right away. Well now it has been almost 1 month and I have sent him several emails and I am not getting anything back from him.

On the auction it said it would be shipped out the next day after i pay and i payed right away. It also said 2-3 buisness days and he is in the usa. should ijust be patient? Should I take it to a further level? what do you guys think? I am a n00b at ebay.

    I would say that reporting to paypal that you never received your item would be a good idea. You can open a dispute to get the sellers attention, and then escalate it to a claim if nothing comes of that. I would go ahead and start protecting yourself.

    If I were you I'd definitely open a dispute. PayPal only allows you to open a dispute for 45 days after the initial transaction and you've been more than patient enough already.

    yeah for sure. I'm going to send him one more email telling him if he doesnt respond in 24 hours i am going to open a dispute.
