first you need eprom programmer, which you could find on ebay for 36-40$, this machine is what makes the games onto eproms, another thing that should come packaged with programmer but if not they're like less than a dollar. Get one of those retropaks (board) of retrousb.com and a case if you dont have an unwanted nes game to swap board into. What you do is hook up eprom programmer (with eprom in it) to computer download rom of the game you want to it, configure mappers and other stuff. Once its programmed you solder eprom onto retropak in the area that it shows. Put it in a case, maybe print out a custom label, youve got a game, or you could go to gamereproductions.com and get one for 27$ shipped.
I would just buy a PowerPak from bunnyboy. It's much easier that way.
Making reproductions like the ones from leonki or necroso require a lot of technical work, and it's a pretty complicated procedure (at least I think it is, I'm sure it comes easy to some people).
