A few rare Game Boy CIB's

These are going to be next on my list of GB games to pick up, so I thought I'd get the ball rolling trying to determine prices.  They are, of course, mostly made up of the rarer games.  A few of them I have guesses for, but I'd like some verification please.  Please assume near mint to mint condition.

A*mazing Tater - $?
F-1 Pole Position - $350 - based on the last ebay auction; fluke or legit value?
Mega Man III - $60-75
Mega Man IV - $?
NIV Bible and the Lost Levels of Joshua - $?
Spiritual Warfare - $?
Spud - $?
Stop that Roach - $150?  I know there was a recent PC thread for it, but any more recent sales?
Super Breakout - $?
WCW: Main Event - $?

  • There are factory sealed and VGA graded 85 copies of Stop That Roach and WCW: Main Event  right now on Amazon for $149.99 plus $6.15 shipping each. I have a cart only Spiritual Warfare that I haven't been able to find a price on.
  • ^Thanks for the heads up, dude image. I totally picked up Stop That Roach! I don't know about WCW, though. I'm not even sure what a CIB is supposed to be worth, so I'm definitely not dropping $150 on that until I know more (even if I do end up regretting not buying it later).
  • Bump, anybody else able to chime in please? www.rarityguide.com was suggested to me; anyone else found this to be a reliable source of information?

I do not find them to be very useful! Heck they listed SMB/DH AS NEW IN BOX FACTORY SEALED with a value of like $500 oops...
  • Well, I've been watching Amazing Tater and Spud's Adventure for well over a year and have never seen a CIB copy of either. I know this isn't really all that helpful, but it's sort of indirectly helpful image.

not that they couldn't have slipped by me, but I have not seen CIB's of any of the following for at least 2 years

    Amazing Tater
NIV bible and the Lost levevels of Joshua
    Spud's Adventure

There was a complete Spiritual Warfare hiding which I picked up, but haven't seen another. I'll let you know right now, you can't do GB quick. Even if you have cash, the games just don't pop up. It's very hard to price these too. GB isn't highly collected, and combine that with the fact that there just isn't much price data to even collect. I'd say , IF you see a game that is rare and you want, get it. you may over pay, you may not, but it can be a very long time to find another one. Even an R3 which I passed up because it went for $35, has haunted me, cause I haven't seen another CIB since.
  • ^That's really good advice, thanks udisi image.
  • I picked up Joshua and Spiritual Warfare loose from Funcoland when I worked there years ago in High School. I only did because I only saw them that one time. I found a loose copy of Fish Dude which is supposedly an R7 cheap and easy. There are many of those available.
