My Collection

before i copy and paste the huge list, just need an aproval on doing this.i think the price check is used more for single games or lots, not collections...i have a fairly large NES,SNES,& N64 collection with probably 65%+ being CB/CIB.

i have a possible chance to get a minihome and as much as i hate to do it,i will sell off my entire collection if its worth what im thinking it is,to live better.seeing as i accumulated what i've got in 1 year i know re-starting my collection won't be all that hard...i know theres more money selling piece by piece but im willing to settle for a bit less and move it all at once(1-2 trips to the PO rather than 100's).

thanks!-Dan

  • what I did when I sold my entire ps1 collection this way, was I made an excel sheet and broke it down to auction price averages per game. Then, In the excel sheet I added all the value, and took 15% off of that large sum. I threw it on ebay, with the list, and it sold in about a week to a week and a half.

This would probably be your best bet, because most on here would pretty much do the same thing. If you have rarities you cant find on ebay, you can price check those. That would be your fastest, safest answer! image

FYI, I sold my PS1 collection for $1700 USD, and contained 260+ games. Quite a few rares as well, such as Valkyrie Profile, Persona, Tactics Ogre, etc. I did this at the start of the bad economy, so yes, it is still possible!

  • I'm not a mod, but I'm pretty sure you can do this. You can't ask for a lot of individual prices, but a lot of people ask prices for a big lot of games.
  • Go ahead man, you're not wasting much bandwidth no matter how much text you bomb your post with image I cannot, however, guarantee that you'll get useful (or any!) replies image
  • Dan I would suggest having Battymo give you a value on it all since here's right there by you. I'm sure his valuation would be good.
