    I've got this game on a famicom multicart... pretty fun to play. Mine is a little different though, it has a level select screen, and I'm not sure if it has that copyright or not.

    Looks like a SMB3 hack. Pretty cool, except it could be better.

    I'm pretty sure SMW for NES was an pirate original, not a hack of anything else.

    I have a "Mario 9" NES cart with SMW on the titlescreen, but it's an Adventure Island hack (I think the second one).

    The SMW I've played (in an emulator) uses mapper 90. I had thought it was a pirate original as Bootgod mentioned.  (although likely ported from an NDS system since its mapper 90).
