Shipping problem and dont know what to do

Okay, so I paid for a package of snes games i bought off of ebay from TheVintageToyBox. They gave me a tracking number, but there was no tracking put on the package. I called USPS and Canada Post, both said the same thing. The package was scanned in New Jersey, thats it, no other info because no tracking. The person also did not put insurance, so no claim can be filed (i cant do it anyway, im not the shipper).

It has been over 45 days, so no paypal claim can be made. I think I am screwed, so I might just complain to ebay enough until they warn them and leave feedback for all 20 games bashing the shit out of the seller.

Anyone got any ideas?

    I think you can file a paypal claim up to 90 days if you do it off the paypal site. I may be wrong, it has been a while since I have had to do it. Worse case contact the seller and see if you can get him to at least give you half your money back so you both are only out half, if not neg the shizzle out of him.
