What is the best way to pick up PAL exclusive carts

What is the best (most affordable) way to pick up PAL exclusive carts?  Would it be to pick them up from forum members, search non NTCS based Ebay sites, or some other way.  I was looking at picking up some of those games (any of them) and was wondering if anyone had any ideas or first hand experience.

I am guessing they would be cheaper to pic up from non NTCS places, but shipping would be more expensive, while they may cost more from North American sellers, but shipping would be more reasonable.

I've done a little of each. Making NTSC trades with forum members for PAL-excl is the cheapest though, you just buy stuff for them domestically and trade.

i bought most of mine from e-bay (mainly france).... my g/f speaks french so i was able to find some good deals... i probablly could have gotten a few of them cheaper from members here but i had nearly all of them them allready by the time i heard of this site.... i would say first to try to find them here on the site then resort to overseas e-bay. or do both to compare prices....

I agree with Dangevin, find someone to swap with and send 10-20 games at a times to keep shipping costs down.
